#ZelleIntel with Chad Thies

Hello!

I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. It is of the utmost importance that we continue to do everything we can to stay healthy for our families, co-workers, and ourselves. With that said, I know how difficult it has been for companies, both small and large, during this COVID-19 pandemic. At Zelle, we are continuing to do everything we can for our clients while maintaining the CDC guidelines and distance orders. We miss seeing you but feel thankful for the technology and video chat options available to us to stay engaged and conduct meetings. We know this is temporary and we will all come out on the other side of this pandemic stronger. We’ll come out of this not only stronger but smarter, kinder, and have a deeper appreciation for so much. If you or your team are struggling in any way, please reach out to let our team help you. Whether it’s assisting with understanding new guidelines, recruiting, employee relations issues, training, coaching, general HR rules and regulations guidance, etc. We are here and only a phone call or Zoom call away and in-person sooner than later! We feel privileged to be a resource to you and your team and we are with you the whole way.

What I’m thankful for: Humankind. We often see the greatest in people during the toughest of times. There are so many stories of the brave women and men who’ve done the extraordinary to keep us safe, healthy, and fed.

Quote I like: “Kindness is a gift everyone can afford to give” Unknown

My tip for productivity: Calling a member of my team to catch up while I take my dog Henry for a walk; helps me to decompress, get fresh air, get some exercise, and stay connected with my team.
