#ZelleIntel The Importance of Your Brand
Let’s talk about branding. The heart of your business is your brand which is determined by the who, what, and why. A successful brand is created when your customers can not only describe these attributes but feel them. Your brand is the most stable and sustainable asset in your business. How are you growing and developing your brand?
You may think of Zelle and wonder; how we got our name, picture our logo in your mind, or even imagine the orange couch in our “living room,” but those are not the things that make our branding strong.
Zelle’s brand is so much more than our catchy logo or bright orange couch, our brand is our people. Zelle is built upon the strong work ethic of our team and the trust we have curated with our clients. We have done this by consistently overdelivering on our promises. Good is not good enough at Zelle. We are innovative, nimble, and passionate. We establish a solid foundation with our clients, anticipate their needs, and thrive together on the successes. We take nothing for granted.
Our brand is our people.
Next time you drive past our big logo on the side of our building, I hope you think of the people inside. I hope you choose to work with us because of our integrity, our determination, and our proven success. Don’t get me wrong…I am happy to continue to update our website, post on our social media channels, and make all documents and PowerPoints aesthetically pleasing (it is my favorite part of my job!), but in the end, I hope you are going to work with us because you will connect with us personally. I hope you are as excited about our brand as we are.
In a world of social media and targeted advertisements, the idea of marketing your business can seem overwhelming. Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos once said, “your brand is what people say about you when you are not in the room.” What do you want people to say?
Let Zelle direct the narrative. With our customizable brand management solutions, our team will help you create meaningful content, drive website analytics and SEO, and increase customer engagement. The marketing of your business should go hand in hand with the daily operations. If those two are not communicating, there is a missed opportunity to showcase your businesses’ true brand identity—and a true brand identity is the difference between a successful company and that ad on Facebook.
What I am thankful for: My loved ones. Especially the newest addition to our family, my nephew Simon.
Quote I like: “A goal without a plan is just a wish”
My tip for productivity: Use a planner! I don’t go anywhere without mine and I would probably forget my own birthday if I didn’t write it down.
