#ZelleIntel Gratitude

As I reflect on my one-year ‘Zelleaversary’ being a full-time employee of Zelle, the one word that comes to mind is grateful.

I am grateful for the opportunity to assist our clients with helpful resources to implement within their organizations. We have extensive HR resources that can better equip your organization by streamlining processes and procedures, updating compliance requirements, and even navigating COVID-19. We take our time to diligently research this information, so we can ensure our clients are receiving the most up to do date information quickly. Our resources are free to our clients and we even have a Resources tab on our website that we continually update.

I am grateful to have the ability to stay informed on legislative updates in our community and state. This year alone, there has been changes such as paid time off, the new exemption rule, and the updated W4, W4N, and I9. We take pride in knowing as much as we can about items that will affect our clients and community to ensure compliance within our state.

I am grateful for all the incredible people I get to meet. We work with individuals across all industries and thoroughly enjoy learning about their business, meeting employees, and getting to be a part of improving workplace culture. We work with multiple tools to help our clients understand themselves personally and professionally, too. Between our Culture Assessment, SHL Talent Assessments, and various behavioral assessments that we offer, our goal is to provide as much information to our clients to help them better understand themselves, their organization, and the people they work with. People are at the heart of human resources and we love to be a part of it in every way that we can.

Whether we’re in the office, out with clients, or working from home, we work hard to provide as much guidance to our clients as we can. I am grateful to be a part of a team that innovates daily, pushes me to learn constantly, and most importantly; cares deeply about each person they encounter. I am very excited to see what year two has in store!

What I’m thankful for: I am thankful for my incredible families and my husband, Colton. Quarantine has made our traditional Sunday night dinners a little more difficult, but I’m thankful we are all safe and healthy!

Quote I like: “Today is a good day to have a good day.”

Tip for productivity: Something that has helped me stay productive during quarantine is waking up at the same time each day. When we begin our day the same, we have more energy and a structured routine set. This helps me get my day started off on the right foot!
